Please book in advance. You can contact us at any time via the Online form make an appointment. We are available by telephone from half an hour before the start of the appointment.

We also offer short-term appointments for acute complaints such as severe pain in the ENT area or sudden hearing loss. In these cases, please also make an appointment by telephone. We will endeavour to treat you on the same day. Please allow for a longer waiting time in the surgery for acute appointments.

In the event of an emergency, please contact a hospital with ENT outpatient clinic. 

Newborn hearing screening

We offer separate appointments for newborn hearing screening.

This examination should be carried out in the first few days after birth. The measurement of otoacoustic emissions (OAE) only takes a few minutes, is painless and provides information about the functionality of the inner ear.

The newborn should sleep during the OAE measurement. We therefore recommend breastfeeding or feeding the child before the examination. Please bring your mother-child passport with you.

Your visit to the ENT surgery

What should you bring with you?

• for every visit: e-card and photo ID
• an interpreter if you do not speak sufficient German
• if necessary, a referral slip if you are sent to us by another doctor
• If necessary, findings: e.g. CT, MR, hospital letter

If you have cold symptoms, we ask you to wear an FFP2 mask in the waiting area out of consideration for other patients.
